Prior to your On-boarding visit:
- Contact our treatment coordinator at 844-4-RENUMI (473-6864) to schedule your initial 15-minute visit
- Review the welcome email and complete the Medical/Dental history profile
- Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled visit

At your On-boarding visit:
You will be welcomed by one of our Dental professionals who will ensure you are comfortable during the entire process. At the initial visit, data collection will be completed by on of our certified dental assistants and will include:
- Intraoral digital photography
- Intraoral digital radiography (x-rays)
Next, you will meet one on one with one of our Doctors who will:
- Review your medical and dental history
- Review your newly acquired digital photos and x-rays
- Complete your comprehensive Dental exam
- Briefly review the initial findings and the MY DENTAL wellness program risk determination.
At this time a MY DENTAL teleconferencing appointment will be scheduled with your Dentist to review your chart and current findings and create a personalized Dental treatment plan to meet your individual Dental needs.
